Join Anne in a meditation Sangha on the first Tuesday of every month where she will share a dharma talk and we sit together with like-minded individuals. A beautiful time to turn inwards, enjoy stillness and be surrounded with compassion—a dedicated space for inner stillness, reflection, and renewal.
Each session is thoughtfully guided to support spiritual alignment, mental clarity, and emotional balance. Through silence, and contemplative practice we create an atmosphere where presence deepens and the soul reconnects with its natural rhythm.
Open to all levels of experience, this gathering is ideal for those seeking to integrate mindful awareness and spiritual grounding into their lives on a regular basis.
