Join me and my dear yogini partner and friend, Dana Schachter, for this retreat into Sacred Sanctuary. La Carolina Lodge is the perfect place to pause, reset and restore. Through yoga, dharma, and meditation we will connect with stillness that is our inner source of wellbeing. This retreat will provide time for quiet reflection and connection to community, so that we can refresh and restore.
